Rattlesnake is an automated playlist manager for Music Player Daemon.

It monitors Music Player Daemon's (MPD) playlist, adding new tracks as needed, while deleting Older tracks as the playlist grows.

It can use one of several methods for determining the next track to queue. From complete random, to alphabetical, to highly sophisticated weighting algorithms.

There are currently no public releases, but if you're strong of heart, you can clone the (read-only) git repository: http://git.xmtp.net/rattlesnake.git
