Day 4 of Training...super sore.

I tried to wake up for the 5AM class, but I couldn't get out of the bed. ARGH! So sore. So, i slept in till about 745 until i needed to get ready for morning class. I feel so sore, but I also feel good about it. I finally got that full body soreness on the 4th day when most people complain about it on the first or second day. The one problem is that I ran out of pain medicine. uh oh.
Morning class was tuff because I was sore and i couldnt do everything. So, i took it easy and tried to do everything everyone did, just easy. It took teacher a while to realize that I was too sore to go full out.
He then told us that a japanese tv station would be by to video and meet people and do some story. That will be interesting. They never showed up either. They were supposed to be in at 930AM, but never showed.
Practice ended and I grabbed some lunch. I spent msot of the time chatting with these 2 chinese boys about 8 or 9. In chinese. Good practice. Did some internet stuff and talked with Francesco and Enrico a bit before they headed out. We found out that the chinese kids here pay about 2000RMB just for training and accomodation/year. But the thing is, they sleep in rooms of 6-8 kids and dont have showers or pretty much anything we get. Went back to my room, took a quick morning shower, too bad it was a cold one. This place is so tight fisted with their funds, they only allow hot water between 7 and 10pm. I am sorry, but that is so retarded. I mean, cold water on sore muscles is not a good idea. Aftewards, I laid down.
After sleeping for about an hour, i headed to afternoon classes. Still sore. I tried to work thru it, there were times that I had to sit out and rest the legs though. Most of the classes this afternoon were good, I just wish I wasn't sore so I could get more out of them. I know my flexibility is gonna be better by the time i leave Shaolin. The last thing i had to do was 20 repititions of a staff form, but I did i think 22 for good measure because i lost count a couple times. Then I had to do some ab exercises at the end of class and I could barely lift my legs.
After class, I ate dinner while sitting on a ledge watching the little kids hopping around and doing some Chang Quan. It was adorable and they were all waving to me. I hope I dont' get into trouble for causing disruptions.
After dinner, I checked my email and ragged on Xiaohui about the AC. I pretty much waited for the time I could take a hot shower. Then I went to bed. Talk to you tomorrow.
