24th Day of Practice...Such a beautiful day.

I got up at 515 and met up with Sifu and we went running outside. It was a gorgeous morning. I ran and he jogged. His foot still causes him trouble and he never runs. This was the first time he really tried to run in awhile. He was doing ok. He had me jump a bunch of times up the stairs and then re-do it. Then we went to the tourist area and i did Badua Jin and Taiji.
Came back to the room and crashed before mid-morning practice. Morning practice was good. Started learning a new staff form. Xing Yi Gun. Sweet. Lots of power in this form.
After practice was over, Josh, Christine, and I went to the rope bridge on Shaoshi Shan. It was gorgeous. Words really cant describe the view. It was wonderful. THey had built a walkway attached to the side of the mountain cliffs. It was fantastic. I got lots of pictures and good video. The weather was perfect: blue skies, warm sun, no humidity, cool breeze.
The view man, the view. Undescribable...for an online journal.
After that, we just barely made it back in time for afternoon practice. And boy, were we tired. Afternoon practice was hard too. I mean, we were tired an that made it tuff but the practice itself was also tuff. I learned more of Xing Yi Gun. I also did Zui Quan a bit. I was so tired and Sifu kept pushing me and made me do it to some chinese gong fu music. It was wierd because i had to do it in a time frame, so I had to go really quick, and the fact that I was tired made em a bit looser so I was able to get that drunk look pretty well. I impressed myself, but I bet it still looked poopy. and ridiculous.
After practice. I grabbed some dinner. Then I called Yumi because she just came back to Xiaolan today. I called her up and she was eating at the cafe with John and they were catching up. So, I only got to chat with her for a short time before she let me go. Then, afterwards, I took a nice hot hot hot shower. Then Josh came back and continued playing his PS2 game. I plugged my shaver in to charge it up and it blew out the circuit and all the rooms on our side of the hall lost electricity. Shit. i have used these wall sockets before and I have never had a problem with them. So, is it my fault or the wall sockets? I don't understand. I just put the plug into the wall and it just fried it. Wierd. Luckily I didnt get an electrical burn, because there was a big flash right next to my hand. Phew. Josh was about to beat the level too. It was a tough level. Sorry fellas. And as of now, 30 minutes later, they still haven't gotten the power back up on that side yet. Poop. What a great nite, huh.
Well, i am gonna go to bed, I am really tired and want to do morning practice tomorrow. Later.
