Memorial Day.
Happy Memorial Day folks! I hope you had a good one. I watched a movie called "Downfall". Its about Hitler's last 12 days. Its quite interesting and stirred quite the controversy in Germany.
If I were at home during this memorial day weekend, well, not home, but I mean, the US, I would have been out at the Shorinji Kempo Cornell Camp. A fun filled weekend of punching and kicking. I hope it went well.
Me, I spent most of the day with a sore throat today. Its that season of using the AC alot and getting AC related colds.
I went to the post office to mail out my packages. One was 14kgs and the other was 21kg. I had to chose the longest and cheapest option and it still cost me about $81.24US. It will take at most 2 months via cruise ship to get to the US. If I wanted the 1 month option, via plane, it would have been more than twice that. And the first option which was 2 weeks was more than 2x the second option. Wow. I sure hope it gets there.
