First Day back from Shanghai.

I got to teach my longest class schedual. It wasn't bad. I was quite bored with it though. It came raining on and off. Maybe it was the fact that it was actually a Sunday had something to do with it. I went to kindergarten afterwards like I am supposed to. Bond decided not to let me know that I had no kindergarten class today. They always seem to tell you when you have class at the last minute, but when you don't have any class schedualed or it has been cancelled, they don't tell you. Ask Robert or any others about that.
In the evening, Yumi came over after class and then we went to get dinner at the Yunnan resturant. SOOO GOOD! The food is great. The company was great. It was great. All except for the taxi dudes, that drives a motorcycle version of a richshaw, tried ripping us off. The common price for where we wanted to go was 5 RMB, but since I was white, and Yumi did all the talking, they figured they could get more money. One guy said 8. Then the guy we eventually got it from said 10 to start with, then after us walking away a couple times, he dropped it down to 5RMB. But he started going in the wrong direction. We told him the proper way, and he was like, not for 5RMB. We kept saying we don't want it, and he just kept going, I was preparing to grab Yumi and jump out when he was like, "Ok." These guys are punks. It may sound that I am complaining about all this culture shock n stuff. But, I ain't culture shocking anymore. I have come to expect this stuff and deal with it. However, the chinese still do it constantly, because I am one white guy in a sea of thousands of chinese, they are not the ones learning, i am.
Goodnite all.
