Battle Fatigue.
I don't know what it is, but all day long I have been really tired. I dont know why.
Today I had class with those two insane 4th graders. Apparently, I should have taken that kid down to the Headmaster's Office a long time ago. He spent most of the class in his seat and didn't really bother anyone. He was talking to the girl behind him, but nothing really worse. The fat psycho kid was not a problem either. I was very surprised. The past 2 weeks they have been really in control.
My knee is still hurting, so I didnt go to the gym.
Afternoon 6th grade classes went as they usually do on Tuesdays. Not bad, not good. After those were over, I ran over to 1 + 1 to grab some healthy food and Listerine. Hopefully, this added meal of good food will help wake me up.
I had kindergarten with the 2-4 year olds today. This is Lynn's last day. I am sad to see her go at this point because I have had no troubles with her in the past 1.5 months or so and when she doesn't make me hate her, she is a really nice person. If she had left during last semester, I would have cheered, though.
The class was good. I felt much better dealing with these little tykes that seem to love. They try to give me hugs n stuff. How could you not be in a good mood after that. One kid loves me so much that he ran up to me in the middle of class and punched me in the balls. They got nothing but love.
I then went to teach Daisy after that. She didn't want to learn. Since I was tired after her lesson, I was able to cancel my chinese lesson. I needed to save some strength to go to practice tonite. I needed to go at least and I was very careful. No full extension.
On the way to practice I yelled at a person running a red light because he almost hit me. I screamed at him to "SEE", while pointing to the walk sign. He was mumbling something to me.
Its strange, when and if I feel pain, its from walking, and very randomly while I am riding the bike. When I do horse stance and a few other things, dont get me wrong, I was being really careful and not pushing it, it doesn't hurt. I can't find the exact place of the pain either, its weird. This better heal up before Shanghai. Since barely anyone was at practice I started chatting with this girl. She's the one that works at McDonald's. She has two english names, Frankie and Summer. Her english sounds really good, she just doesn't have much vocabulary. So we were trying to make due. She said her boyfriend is 22. She is 16. So I was like, "You are one of "those" girls." She asked if I had a girlfriend and I was like yes. She was like, "How old?" while she was twirling her hair. "23". Then she asked if she was Chinese and I said, "Japanese" And she got all excited and jumping around. "I want to make friends with her!" Why are you so excited? "Because, I love Japan. The people are so nice and its such a beautiful country." I was like, all chinese people hate Japan, all these protests and the current situation prove that the Chinese Gov wants you to hate the Japanese, why do you love it so? After a while of her trying to express herself it came up that it was because all that happened was in the past. I have chatted with many people and it seems that those under 20 have no ill will towards Japan. Its all those over 20. But then, that is also the age where it seems people are more aware of the past and what it effects in the future...or so I think. I was able to practice, I just went thru the forms and stuff and did the stances. Sifu wasn't there so no one to teach me new stuff.
On my ride home, I went by the hairshop below us. A bunch of them were outside just doing nothing, like most chinese people do, and I couldn't help but laugh. The hairstyles were just totally straight out of the 70s and 80s. Its impossible not to laugh! I just can't explain it. you have to see it.
The weather sucked today. Overcast and sometimes rainy.
Goodnite all.
