Sunday teaching

So today I got up for class in Guzhen. I got there and Mountain was there to take us instead of Lynn. He said Lynn was taking care of my stuff. So, does that mean it wont be completed? The classes were really good, the kids were responding well. There was this new chinese girl who is gonna prolly be an English teacher. She is quite good. I told her the foreigners don't like BOND, but since she is chinese, she may be able to deal with it. She watched my class. I had fun there today.
I then headed back and I went to English Corner to meet up with Lynn to take care of some more information. I met her at the entrance of People's Park. I then walked with her to the corner. She was asking me questions and telling me that she can't get the Police to stamp the stuff because that part of the Police office is closed on weekends.
So, Lynn said she will go in Monday at 8am. Get that info. If Maria calls and says, "You have to go to Hong Kong" then you go to HK. If not and Maria says, "You can get the extension" then you wait for me to get you the materials then you go down to ShiQi to fill out the applications and turn them into the Zhongshan Office. Sounds ok.
I will prepare for the worst of situations though. That is, I need to go to HK, but when I get there, I won't be able to get a Tourist VISA. I will be stuck in HK. That would totally suck. I tried to explain that to Lynn, she had no clue what I was talking about.
I got to the corner and Peter was there passing Invites to all the people for our Christmas Party. On the Invite it said, "I regret to inform you that Tony will not be allowed to attend the festivities. He offended many people and will not be allowed in." -Peter
I laughed pretty hard. I mean, sure, its not Christian Charity to do that, but is it very Christian to invite him and let him offend and harrass the female guests? I mean, we can't stop him from being himself.
Lynn asked me some more questions while I was off alone chatting with the little girl from the Halloween party and her father. And I said again, in my dry tone, "You know, all this could have been avoided had those sheets been passed out." I didnt see her face when I said it, but I knew she stopped what she was doing for just a moment and looked at me with that, "You are an asshole" look. Hey, its not my fault you are incompetent.
After English corner I relaxed a bit. No more DVD work to do...well, not really. I had to teach again at 3pm for the kindergarten class with Daisy.
I got there and gave Daisy and her mother an invite to the Christmas party. Daisy seemed really excited. So, in the class today was Daisy, 4 years of age, and two other boys with chinese names that I can't remember. Both of them were about 7-8 years old. The boys english was good for their age, but Daisy's was just as good, if not better. That girl continues to impress me. I was teaching them some things like, Airplane, Scooter, and Motorcycle. Daisy was getting them all the time, the two boys were having trouble. But they were doing good.
I was practicing right and left with them, making them march around, which they loved. I got them to throw and catch stuff. I did Simon says and some other things. They were learning alot and having fun. I didn't want to stop. But time was up and they needed a break. It was a great class. I was happy.
I came home and prepared stuff for the long day ahead of me on Monday. Its gonna be a pain I know it and I know that I am gonna have to end up going to HK.
