Here I go again on my own.
Today was an ok day. I found out that I am able to finish my DVD project. I am working on completeing that. Compressing the movie file from 25gigabytes down to about 2.5gigabytes. Its gonna take all nite.
Lion Dancing, apparently the teacher is busy for the week, so he hasn't been around. Not many students were there. I worked on some formwork and practiced some of the lion dance I was taught on Tuesday. This really works your lower back, I need to start stregthening it up. It reminds me of how Capoiera works your lower back as well.
