Spastic Nerfbags

Just thought I would mention something that happened to me in Kindergarten today. Today's class was the "10 Kid Spaz Class". Basically, most of the kids are smart, prolly a level above the other children in the classes that have 30 kids and they have tons of energy at 430pm in the afternoon and they don't really want to learn. In the classes with 30 kids, in addition to my Bond Assistant, Owen, there are 2-3 kindergarten teachers who act as "enforcers" for when I can't control the kids...since they can't understand English. But in my "10 Kid Spaz Class" there is just Owen and me. And Owen, God bless him, just doesn't speak very loudly and isn't the enforcing type. Well, today, I had to punish the fat kid. I made hime cry.
This fat kid is constantly loud and never follows directions. Today I gave the kids something to color because its a good activity to waste time. After handing all the pictures out to the kids, the fat kid proceeds to rip out of the hands of a fellow student his picture. He then threw it on the floor for no reason then went to start coloring his picture. This made me angry and he needed to be dealt with. I felt like Arnold in Kindergarten Cop..."You lack discipline!" So I go to him and tear his picture away from him, he looks up at me with a surprised look and I give him the "Angry Index Finger" with an accompaning "Displeased Face". I saw that he felt horrible. He lowered his head, defeated. He then started to whimper and then he followed with putting his head on his hands on the seat and crying. I let him go for about a minute then gave him back his picture. He took it, but was still crying as he worked on it. It needed to be done and I dont believe I overreacted. He will get over it...............and he did.
Later on during the class, I was trying to work some one-on-one with the kids. I tried to have Owen control the others, but it wasn't working. The fat kid was running around and doing God knows what. He then over-exerted his self and vomited all over himself. I didnt see this happen, but it happened near the end of class. As I was carrying three kids under my arms to the door, I saw him sitting down with white stuff all over his shirt and he was breathing heavily. I dropped the kids I was carrying and told Owen to ask what was up. Owen asked and took him upstairs to the nurse. He is fine just over heated or something. I hope that teaches him a lesson. And no...the kid did not have the FLU.
